cd key

I didn't write down the CD key that was on the screen after answering the several questions. I copied the key but by the time I went to paste it I had copied something else and lost it. Is there a copy of the key in the ISO file?
I was able to download Vista and I sure would liketo try it!!

You should have gotten one in your email as well. Check that first.
If not, resign up and get another one. You're allowed 2 per user.

As well as being on the screen originally, you will have received an e-mail from Microsoft with your CD-Key.

No, the key is not in the ISO anywhere. But you will receive an Email shortly after signing up for the public Beta and the key is there.

Heres one for you, I wrote down the wrong cd key initially, then i deleted the email containing the key. Is there any way to get that key? I got a 2nd key but when i used that key during install it said it was wrong. I verified the 2nd key was right. The 2nd key may have been generated from the 32 bit version, does that make a difference?

If i wrote down the wrong key and deleted the email, is there any way to re gentrate that same key. Also i got a 2nd key but would not work during istall. I am trying to install the x64 but i think the 2nd key was generated from the x32 link, does that make a difference?

I do not know and I do not know of a way to get the key again. Simply go back and register again.

hello i downloaded the new version beta 2 from microsoft i have received the mail from them with the cd key .... the installation has been done but when i needed to activated i have message of error authentication failed with the following error 0x800705b4 does any one know what it is that error? and can someone help me to get started thank you for ur help

Excuse my bluntness... But that's pretty silly don't you think? That's for Windows 2000 and has nothing to do with activation.
I have this same issue too.
I have tried numeous times to activate, but with no success.
