As far as I know that is a nice try but the CDKEY cannot be read from anywhere in the operating system EXCEPT C:\WINNT\System32\$winnt$.inf and if it's not there then nowhere. One good example of how this is not possible on an OEM you will find OEM in the place you mention but no CDKEY contains OEM.
